I have used many Plumbers over this time, but I must say, I have NEVER met anyone like yourself. Not only did you do the Job with excellence, you did it in a timely manner. Your professionalism was impeccable!! You removed & disposed of the old property and replaced with new material. You even cleaned after work was completed. Hugo and his team fixed our issue just in time for the holidays. Our new home came with an inadequate gas line leading into the tankless water heater (gas line was 1/2 inch, but the manufacturer recommends 3/4 inch to function correctly), which meant our hot water wasn’t reliable and our main shower didn’t get any hot water at all. Hugo responded promptly when I contacted him, had his team came to our home to assess the issue the following day and began the work the day after. No time was wasted, which is exactly what we needed. The team picked up and cleaned up after themselves and were very careful not to cause any collateral damage, which is always appreciated, considering they had to excavate through our garden to install the new gas line. We are pleased with the responsiveness of the team and the quality of their work, and we’re certainly glad to have hot water in our home during the upcoming cooler days and winter holidays. We would use Hugo’s services again and would recommend him to anyone looking for a plumber.

Hugo was fantastic. He was able to come out and give me a quote and some real options for my plumbing issues. He walked me through everything. He came back a few days later as scheduled and promptly installed a new faucet for me. Works great. Great competitive price. 10/10
