After seeing the great responses from other reviewers, along with the fact that Juan was FIRST to respond on this site, I felt confident I would have a good experience. Juan and I met and had a nice initial visit and agreed on a price, however, that's where the good review ends. There were MANY failed attempts for him to come by to start work with always a promise of "I'll come by tomorrow" which never happened. The excuses ranged from running late at another job, truck breaking down, and too much traffic. I know things happen, but the message was coming through loud and clear that he did not need or value my business and I was wasting a great deal of my own time waiting for him to show up. After 4 attempts at rescheduling I decided to look for another person who I can rely upon to be there when he says he will be. Perhaps my experience with Juan was just a fluke or bad timing for him, however I require good service from someone I hire, especially for someone doing weekly service at my home. I do hope others don't have this issue going forward. I don't like leaving poor reviews and I think Juan is a nice man. I wish him well.
