I reached out 2 days ago and was able to get a cleaner to my daughter's apartment within the same week ( a Saturday!) They were easy to work with and answered all of my questions within a few minutes. The cleaner was at my daughter's apartment for hours and did a very thorough job and was friendly as well.

We first hired Lari & Luis based on the reviews they had on thumbtack . Also, they’re quick to respond as well so it was much faster than any other pros we’ve tried to book.
They are punctual and very professional.. they checked the house and assessed everything that needs to be cleaned and worked top down(levels) the house. We booked STANDARD cleaning so we had to clear out a lot of our stuffs lying around and they assisted with some of it as well which we appreciate. Lari asked to recheck if everything is to our satisfaction and offered to redo something if it was not up to par with us.
These people worked very well and did not waste any time chatting away or being on phones (as many other cleaners I’ve hired tend to do a lot) which is a big plus and they definitely deserve to be called “professionals”. They complied to a few requests and we were really happy with their time management skills too while paying attention to detail cleaning. They worked on everything the standard cleaning checklist mentions and we had a couple add ons. Overall we are very pleased with FreshGlo cleaning and our house looks great & smells nice too! (We don’t smell any harsh chemicals)
I would definitely recommend these two and would certainly rehire them on a regular basis.
