The ladies were very pleasant, arrived on time, were very responsive with communicating and accommodating with scheduling. They did a good job with the stove and refrigerator. While they are good cleaners, I personally don’t think that they are equipped to handle deep house cleaning duties. After I inspected the bathrooms and kitchen counters that were missed during the first attempt of cleaning, Millies did come back and worked on the missed spots, but because of lack of proper chemicals to clean soap scum and the mold in shower, despite their best efforts, it was not properly cleaned. I wish there was more attention to detail in their cleaning. Parts of the kitchen counter was still dusty. The door nobs, interior windows, and door post were still dirty from precious renter’s use, the carpet was not vacuumed, and the wood floor was not properly cleaned. I had to hire another house cleaner to properly deep clean the bathrooms and rest of missed spots. I’m now 💯 satisfied.

Be more through when paid for a deep cleaning. Communicate if a request is made and it is beyond the scope rather than agree and do an incomplete job on the rest of the areas. Don't be 30 mins late and cause someone else to be late for their job.

It is very unfortunate that your girlfriend was not pleased with my 5hrs of cleaning, and I did offer to come back to re-do whatever the complain was,you categorically said they're minion thing,that I should not worry..even though your girlfriend spoke to me like am not human, I still offer to return back to please her..sometimes you don't have control over traffic especially when there was an accident on the highway..anyway thanks for the review because it will make me better !
