Overall this was a solid experience Anthony. Pros: - thorough removal of old ADT security system - generally took care to minimize damage when removing old ADT contact sensors - installed Ring alarm system - when he came across a situation he was unsure about (wiring), he did not just barrel ahead Areas for improvement: - cleanliness: hands were dirty and left streaks/marks on new Ring equipment that o needed to wipe down later. Also he was not initially planning on cleaning up drill holes until after prompted - detail orientation: forgot to spackle a couple spots from the ADT removal. Could have placed Ring keypad in a slightly better position in order to minimize amount of weathered paint from old ADT system that showed. Did not sand down spackle spots.

Anthony installed a Eufy doorbell and camera (2 items), plus setup our phone apps for $220 plus $75 initial visit (estimate fee). It was worth it completely. The installation is perfect, everything works fine, and he is courteous and cleaned up the dust and trash from the installation. This way, we do not have any monthly fees from an alarm company, and do not get charged from the city for having an alarm company (which is strange, but Manhattan Beach does that!)
