I had a problem with the pre-heating of my KitchenAid oven not shutting off when the desired baking temperature was reached. The original technician, who was highly rated in Thumbtack, diagosed the problem and quoted a price of $820 to replace the control unit and temperature sensor. I called SB appliance repair and asked for an estimate for the same repair and was quoted $455, which was about 45% less than the original estimate. The work was done today for the quoted amount, with parts that were in stock. The two technicians who worked on the repair (oven had be to removed from the wall) were professional and friendly. Lesson learned: Call SB appliance repair if original estimate seems high.

Alexander and his crew were great! Very responsive, affordable and knowledgeable! My dryer broke and stopped drying my clothes. So I called SB Appliance repair as they were highly recommended by a friend of mine who used them in the past. They didn't disappoint! They showed up on time, diagnosed the problem right away, fixed it on the spot and were at a very reasonable and competitive price! I Would definitely use Alex and the gang again. Thank you guys!

Paul has done an incredible job fixing a few appliances in my new apartment. I was moving into a new place while still working and he was very accommodating to help me on a short notice.
