- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the hard drive capacity, operating system and most importantly the type of hard drive failure.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most hard drive data recovery customers can expect a free evaluation within 24 - 48 hours to determine the failure type. After estimate approval we complete the recovery and generate a file listing report that details exactly which files are good and bad for their review and approval. Once approved the recovered data is copied to a device of their choice, typically a new external hard drive. Finally an invoice is sent to the customer via email to pay online through our secure website. The recovered data can either be shipped by request for free or ready to pick up at our lab.
