Ivan repaired our old elliptical machine today. He worked quickly showing much expertise and experience. He said it would be like new and it is! Ivan was very punctual and very professional. Although he was not fully able to repair a chair we wanted repair, he walked us through how a couple of the components of the chair were severely damaged and that replacement parts were need to repair. We have ordered the replacement parts and will be using Ivan to fully report the chair once received. Ivan was able to stabilize the chair until the parts have been received. He was very knowledgeable, polite, professional and helpful.
