- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is mainly based on square footage. However, other features such as attics, crawl spaces, basements, pools, and additional structures may impact pricing. However, we offer an incredible value because we are extremely thorough and informative. We also submit all inspections same day!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is fairly simple. After agreeing to work together, client will be contacted to get details and book inspection. We meet onsite at the inspection and inspector conducts the inspection. We encourage our clients to ask questions and utilize this time to know the general systems of the property. Any concerns or observations are welcomed. At the conclusion, inspector will recap findings with client and payment will be tendered. Report will be sent via email to client and realtor (if applicable). Finally, rating (Thumbtack, Yelp, etc) is in order.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In addition to my extensive experience in the construction trades, I have earned the Certified Property Inspector designation from InterNACHI; the leading industry organization and training hub. All inspectors also regular engage in continuing education to stay abreast of ever changing standards and best practices.
