I charge for troubleshooting. That amount will be credited towards the repairs once hired to complete the repair.

I have my Electronic Engineering degree, have general builders’ contractor’s license, Graduated top 10 with Bachelors in Project Management degree. Have over 25 years in pool service and repair industry.
