The team from Green Girl completely exceeded my expectations. From the moment they arrived, they were extremely professional. At every step went above and beyond what I had asked and with such a positive and can-do approach. Very detailed, cleaned all areas of the house thoroughly including moving furniture pieces to get hard to reach dirt and dust. I’m hiring them as my regular house cleaning service. Well worth the money and very responsive!Jul 13, 2020VerifiedGreen Girl Maid Services's reply
Thanks Simon . We take pride in what we do and look forward to cleaning your home on a regular basis .
I did not go with this company but my experience with them was great. Darren was able to accommodate all my requests and was also able to provide me with the perfect person to clean my house if I decided to hire them. If it doesn’t work out I will certainly be calling Darren back.Jun 25, 2020VerifiedGreen Girl Maid Services's reply

Zero stars. A 3 person crew came out to my house and did not sweep corners, did not move candle holders to sweep around, did not dust dressers and shelves, did not dust desk, TV, Fireplace, left streaks on mirror. 3 hours and $250. later left my house half uncleaned. Called Owner Kim who came out next day and said we don't clean soap-dishes, we dont clean above stoves, she wiped the floor lamp base and vacuumed some corners. Employees have no experience.Fail.Dec 6, 2017Review from GoogleGreen Girl Maid Services's reply
Wow Cecile, I am shocked to see this. As we discussed on the phone, a regular green clean for your size home, depending on the buildup and how much there is to move normally runs between $137.50 and $180.00. The day you were scheduled, we allotted 2 hours, just in case there was more buildup than anticipated. When the crew arrived, you added the inside of the oven , the windows of the slider door inside and outside, and the buildup was significant! The Manager told you because you were added items on, we would not be able to get through the entire home during that visit. Normally, when client's add items on, they let us know before hand so we make sure have enough time to do what they want. You continued to tell them they could 'keep going' but because we do everything above board, we are held to an 8 hour work day as we pay significant workers compensation insurance, etc. and in this state it is based off payroll. I understand you are used to paying an individual but you said you were very shocked to learn that the inside of the oven wasn't part of the regular green clean. All items we do for a regular green are listed on our website and discussed on the phone when giving an estimate. I have been in business 10+ years and I believe most, if not all companies treat inside of oven's as an 'add-on'. I came out the next day to discuss what transpired and told you one issue we had was trying to cover as much ground for you as possible instead of completing room by room. This has been addressed with my staff and has been corrected. While I was there, I dusted, vacuumed (even additional areas), and mopped the areas you weren't happy with. When I sent pictures of the room's to my manager, I was told things that were on the ground the day before had been moved (i.e. a ton of clothes on the floor). We don't move piles of clothes so that area wasn't done. Since it was moved when I came out, I did it. You continued to degrade my employees while I was there and have now done so here. You told my crew you were happy with the job they did and then called me and complained. When I came out and you continued to mention they didn't do the living room and wanted me to do it. I did explain again that they did not have time to do that since you added things on and you were informed when the crew was there. You said you were satisfied with what I had done to rectify the situation and then leave this horrible review? We strive to make all our client's happy but unfortunately, not all people can be pleased. We did all we could to make it right (other than give you a free cleaning). When you leave reviews such as this, you hurt the employees. They make their living working and when you try to impede that work, it hurts his/her ability to make an honest day's wage. Additionally, since you paid $225 for 3 hours you basically got an hour free since we charge $112.50 for a team of 3 per hour. I also returned free of charge.
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? We do a first time clean which is normally a little longer and costs a little more than a maintenance clean. Thereafter we would discount based on how regular we service your home or office.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? We do a first time clean which is normally a little more detailed than maintenance cleans to prep for ongoing service. we do a walk through with the client to ensure all areas will be addressed, specific to client needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?None
