- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, we start with a brief consultation to understand your needs and priorities. We then recommend the best cleaning plan — standard, deep, or move-in/out. On the day of service, we arrive fully equipped, complete the cleaning with attention to detail, and do a walkthrough (or photos) to ensure everything meets your expectations.
