I needed a last minute cleaning service to be done for a client and Ingrid was very accommodating and easy to deal with. The entire process was straightforward and the staff is very friendly and professional. I will work with them again for sure!

To our new condo that was is in pretty bad shape. We needed it cleaned before moving in. She did an awesome job and highly recommend her and will most likely do a follow up cleaning after unpacking all my boxes!!

We found Neat Freaks on google and decided to give them a try. I spoke with a very nice gentleman in their office and within minutes we had our cleaning scheduled within four days. We were assigned Stephanie to clean our home. Stephanie was/is phenomenal. She showed up on time and was ready to go. Stephanie went above and beyond in taking care of our condo. She was also very friendly and thoughtful. Our home is nice and clean. Thank you Neat Freaks!

Wow, what a great experience with Neat Freaks! I had asked for a deep cleaning of my apartment that I had just moved into. There was a bit of a miscommunication between the cleaner and myself (no ones fault), and only half of my floors were cleaned. I talked to Glenn to see if I could get the pricing readjusted because of this, and he was more than happy to accommodate. He was extremely kind and patient with me, and I appreciate that kind of customer service. As for the cleaning itself, it was great. For the areas that were cleaned, everything was top notch and thorough. Excellent cleaning and even better customer-service. We will be back!
