was looking cleaning in irvine and found this guys online. sent an email and we scheduled next day. nice guys and very professional. very detailed and the price i have been given was very reasonable. will hire them again for sure.

I recently used this company and the owners 2 brothers have done great job and we agreed on monthly cleaning starting April. They are super nice, on time, very detailed and pet friendly. They definitely deserved this review and I can tell you won’t regret hiring them. Good people.

The guy cleaned around everything & did not remove the dirt around the so there area rugs, countertops, etc. His products & vacuums were sub-par. Will not use them again.

Hi Nora, thanks for taking time and leaving us a feedback. As owner of company i can assure you that products and Vacuums( especially vacuums ) are the highest quality for this job. 1. Our detergents are from market leading suppliers bought in bulk and filled in special spray bottles. 2. Our vacuums - we use 2 different vacuums one Commercial and Residential. Both are high standards vacuums. One for carpet vacuum and other one special to reach hardly reached places. If you have any questions about products we use please let me know and i will personally send you all details. But at this point i have no idea why you decided that they are lower quality or below standards. Here in OCLA Cleaning we require employees to ask owners to check everything before we leave and if anything we forget or left dirty ( it happens sometimes we miss the spot ) so we can take care of it. After talking to my employee he told me that the owner ( Man - your Husband ) checked everything and said “ Amazing “ and even Tipped $20 for good job. After all these details i am not sure what is the reason of your frustration to leave that feedback but still thank you for your business and taking time to leave us a Feedback.

Our Pricing is not Low or High. To keep fair competition in the market we are matching our prices with Current Market prices of that Area. We provide top notch house cleaning services but without charging extra $$$.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are detail oriented and that’s why we listen to our customers to make everything perfect. As first time customer we will ask questions before and after the job done to make sure new customer becomes our Recurring Customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We do manual training and supervise our new Maids on their first week.
