We rented a home in Orange county to host an event and spend a portion of our summer. This company literally has kept me from going insane. as a single mom of 2 kiddos, i was drowning trying to keep up with the house, childcare, and weekend projects. i was constantly overwhelmed, stressed, and yelling just because there werent enough hours in the day.i started with a deep clean with maria and she wiped out baseboards, bathrooms, ceiling fans, kitchen, couch, everything. she spent 6 hours doing what takes me 8. I had no idea cleaners do all that!!! now i have standard cleans every 2 weeks and it made a huge difference.taking that off my plate means i actually get to be present with my kids on weekends instead of cleaning the whole time. I am so glad I chose Pearl Premier to clean my house. My new cleaner did a great job on the initial cleaning. After that she has done an excellent job on her bi-weekly visits maintaining my house which has become too much for me to do all by myself after my other cleaner moved. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on your home's square footage, bedrooms, bathrooms and any extras, so you get a firm price on a quick call, not an hourly estimate. Recurring clients save on every clean after the first: 20% weekly, 15% every other week, 10% monthly. Rescheduling is free with at least 24 hours' notice; inside 24 hours there is a cancellation fee.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It starts with a short call about your home: bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage and how often you'd like service. You get your price on that call and in writing by email. Every new home starts with a deep clean, then moves to standard cleans on your schedule. Once you pick a day, an independent cleaning professional accepts your booking and arrives within a one-hour window.
