- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Out pricing is a first time pricing, we do offer discounts if customer uses us again on a recurring basis.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I let them know what we do in their home for the project they requested. After we are finished we do a walk through and make sure they are satisfied, if there is anything missed it is the time to get it taken care of.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I took the FabJob online course "How to Become a Cleaning Service" I continue to get updates on products and new ways to do our job.
