Laura and her son did a great job cleaning my son’s apartment! They paid close attention to

This was our first time using Shine Time and we were greeted at our door with a friendly Mom and son and another cleaning lady. They cleaned our 2 story in about three hours. It was cleaned thoroughly and looked great. When I asked if they could re-do the master bathroom mirror they were eager to help. They were helpful and understanding that we preferred our natural cleaning products too. It was different than past cleaning experiences from other companies as I didn’t feel like they were trying to finish as fast as possible and leave. Good value also. Will use their services again!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Out pricing is a first time pricing, we do offer discounts if customer uses us again on a recurring basis.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I let them know what we do in their home for the project they requested. After we are finished we do a walk through and make sure they are satisfied, if there is anything missed it is the time to get it taken care of.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I took the FabJob online course "How to Become a Cleaning Service" I continue to get updates on products and new ways to do our job.
