Introduction: The most important thing about a good Life Coach is being able to bring about an empowering shift that moves you into the direction you wish to go as quickly and comfortably as possible! I have studied and practiced coaching based on International Coaching Federation standards, which are much more rigorous than some other coach training models. I have added my own spin by using what I call "soft coaching" skills, which means I will invite you to new perspectives, but I am also very sensitive to your readiness for change. Some clients are ready for quick change, others need a slower pace. For those clients who also appreciate Reiki healing and/or prayer, I will add distance healing to our coaching session for a Divine spark! There is a moment in coaching where the coach and the client experience a shift in perspective. I would call this the personal "Quark" or "Divine Spark". It is almost magical, and it happens because two people are stretching their perspectives and seeking new answers in new ways.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work almost exclusively over the phone. This allows you the comfort, privacy and convenience of your own home or office without wasting time traveling to my office. It also allows me to work with clients from almost anywhere. A TASTE - $50 Your initial session will help you find out if Personal Coaching is for you, give you a major lift and a taste of what is to come if we continue working together. Many coaches offer free initial consultations. But I have found that you must have some skin in the game for coaching to really work for you. So I offer a reduced rate for the initial session, but I ask for payment to make sure you make your first little leap. $50 - Initial Session Only. QUICK START - $375 We will work together for three months to discover ways you can begin to develop a solid foundation for change. This will give you a burst of energy and strength to move forward in new ways you had not yet dared. $375 per month for 3 months, includes 3 sessions per month, with 1 week off for reflection and rest. BIG STEPS - $300 In six months you will not only develop a solid foundation to build on your dream, you will make you real progress toward major changes in your life. $300 per month for 6 months, includes 3 sessions per month, with 1 week off for reflection and rest. CATAPULT or BUTTERFLY (whichever you prefer) - $275 A full year of personal coaching is genuinely transformational. This will catapult your next year into things you hadnt yet dreamed of. $275 per month for 12 months, includes 3 sessions per month, with 1 week off for reflection and rest. I WILL CONSIDER A SLIDING SCALE FOR THOSE IN NEED

I work on what I call Pet Projects. To create a focus and specialty for my business, I work with individuals and businesses to develop and strengthen core strengths. For example, I am currently working on an animal advocacy project, helping those who wish to make an impact on the education, improvement and solutions related to animal welfare. I am also working with individuals who have issues with family dynamics to gain confidence, clarity and strength within themselves and their intimate surroundings in a loving way, encouraging them and helping them to bring out the best in themselves and everyone around them!
