I highly recommend Vanessa as a massage therapist! She is a trained professional who listens to your concerns and cares about helping you to heal. She follows up with you to see how you are feeling and helps you to understand what you need, how to stretch at home, what oils to use, etc. I was looking for someone to help me heal as my immune system has been compromised along with a high level of inflammation. It started in early April when I woke up one morning barely able to move. Weeks later, I found myself shopping for a cane. After two major surgeries over the last couple years followed by months of extreme stress at work, it was likely the perfect storm that caused me to crash. I was referred to a Rheumatologist with the possibility of Fibromyalgia. After many tests and X-rays, I do not qualify for any particular diagnosis, but am being put in the RA bucket to allow for certain medications which includes a chemo drug that will likely bring on other issues due to the side effects. Thank goodness I found Vanessa! I had my third massage today. After my second one last week, I immediately noticed that I was walking normal again, smoothly and without hesitation. My hips are starting to realign and the oils she is using are designed to reduce inflammation. Vanessa knows exactly what to do and can identify the areas that need extra help. Much is written about massage therapy and healing, including anti-inflammatory issues like mine. If you are having chronic issues, feel the need to detox, or simply want to indulge in a little pampering that will also benefit your health, this is a great place to get back on track. I can't express what it feels like to have new hope and natural options to pursue. You might ask her to tell you the story about her Grandfather and what she was able to do for him. Vanessa was great to work with and was very understanding of my sciatic issues and also the fact I have not had a massage in a very long time. She was very professional at all times and when she was done I was feeling better than I had in days. I actually got a great night sleep and that was something I had also not had in a few days as well. I would recommend her to all and now my girlfriend wants to get a massage as well as she also enjoyed meeting Vanessa and thought she was very professional and came completely prepared for exactly what I had described.
