He scheduled the job at 12:00. He communicated to me in advance that the morning job was taking longer due to scope change and asked for three hours delay. He was punctual and at pick up site at 3:00, sharp. All items were carefully wrapped and loaded ensuring no accidental damage. he did communicated to me the Job progress and set expectation of duration and scope of remaining tasks. Upon delivery, he set up , and validated items ensuring all were delivered with no damage. He cleaned and disposed of packing items.
I will highly recommend Michael for any moving jobs to all friends and family.
