- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process goes in the next terms: •client tells us their moving dates, home size •we agree on price •on the moving day, our helpers come to pick all the boxes and good and accurately deliver those items to client’s new house
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We provide our helpers with different programs that teach them the basics of moving such as: wrapping, strapping, boxing etc.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We start the work by arranging the dates, times and price. When our helpers arrive, they will start from the boxes and then go to bulky items such as: couch, bed frame, mattress etc
