I have worked with Lamar for almost five months now and the experience has been tremendously life changing. Prior to working out with Lamar, I have had challenges with weight loss, and moreso sustainable weight maintenance. I have had negligible success in losing weight but almost certainly I would gain the weight back. I have also worked with a few personal trainers with minimal success until I joined BP fitness. Lamar started by personalizing the training regiment to my fitness level with a prospective fitness goal that was neither "quick results" driven nor was it "motivation" pushed but instead Lamar emphasized sustainable long term goals and inspiration energized workouts. Lamar has been an excellent trainer. He brings a lot of great experience to our sessions. I have some physical limitations, and he has been amazingly proactive reactive researching alternative exercises and/or modifications to make the exercises productive and effective for me without inflaming the issue. When I started as a new beginner for fitness with Lamar, I started liking the way he explained all of the exercises I needed to do in a amazingly detailed way. Now, I’ve started feeling the benefits of fitness training and enjoy the morning when I have my class. Time schedule is flexible. Location is perfect. The class is base on personal need and level. The instructor performs and clarifies the exercise before I do it. Also, he keeps checking on my posture which helps me improve a lot. Recommended.Jun 15, 2018

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I charge between $25 to $65 a session depending on how many sessions clients buy upfront and if they are 30 min vs 1 hour sessions ranging from 1 session to 20 sessions paid upfront
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?1. Health and Fitness consultation- This gives us a chance to find out what's best for them (as a potential client), to address your specific needs and state of reediness by assessing and expressing yourself about where you have been, where you are now and where you want to go. Fitness assessment- This is when I will put a client through a basic workout to find out where there strengths are functionally, aerobically as well as their endurance, stability and flexibility.
