Hello! thank you for your interest in my personal training program. For over 10 years I have been involved in the fitness industry. I offer my clients a service that stems from elite expertise by way of four Professional & Collegiate strength and conditioning coaches at both. As a former NFL Player (LA Rams) and Division 1 Athlete (Arizona St/ USD) Through my experiences I obtained a vast amount of applicable knowledge that I am able to teach my clients. Making sure that proper technique is used while also preventing injury and correcting any deficiencies that may cause injury. I am currently earning my Masters Degree in Exercise Science. While also serving as Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Concordia Stunt Program here in Irvine. In my training I apply concepts of strength, power, endurance, range of motion, neuromuscular functioning, and basic biomechanics of the human body to fit your needs as a client. Helping you reach goals like weight lost, weight gain, Leaning & toning, balance/coordination (senior citizens) as well as athletic performance. Nutrition and macronutrition counting are also included. Meal plans are given to you for free along with your free consultation. I love what I do I’ve always loved being in the gym. My goal was to be a professional athlete and crazy enough after all that hard work and all those hours put in that it actually happened and I was able to reach my goal. I had a great experience working with Jarrid. He made me feel very comfortable being that it was my first time working with a personal trainer. He is very knowledgeable and is considerate of food restrictions. He really does all he can to make sure I succeed and exceed my goals.

My experience with Jarrid Bryant is one to remember. He made me feel comfortable and did not judge me at all. I feel like he really cares and it is as if he puts himself in my shoes. I will highly recommend him to anyone who is trying to get into shape. And it sounds cool when I tell my friends that my personal trainer was a rams player.

Jarrid is an excellent trainer. Very timely! Every minute counts in his eyes and I highly admire that. He always pushes you to your limits and encourages you to reach further than you did last time. My body got more toned and my speed and endurance have improved since training with him. Training with him will definitely lead to results!

I started in March 2018 as a 66 year old woman with over 40% BMI, size 16. I was falling frequently and constantly injuring my shoulders trying to carry grocery bags. I also have asthma which makes exercising hard. In addition, within the first week of my training, I fell and broke a toe. Jarrid was able to accommodate my issues and help me accomplish my goals of eliminating the falling and injuries by strengthening my core and improving the balance of strength in my shoulders, and improving my balance. As an added benefit, after a year working with him my BMI was below 30% and I was wearing size 8! I found Jarrid easy to work with, he pays attention to you while your working to ensure your form is correct and you don't injure yourself while training, he listens carefully to your goals and how you feel when you arrive, and really cares about your health. He is gifted as a trainer. I have seen him help a customer with frozen shoulder in a single training session unfreeze the customer's shoulders. He's not just about strength training. He traines for flexibility and balance as well.

My experience training with Jarrid Bryant was really great! I told him what my goals we’re and he explained in detail what workouts we should try as well as nutrition. Overall I would recommend him to my friends and family for one on one training with him!
