I have had many trainers in my life, Jarrid’s vast knowledge of how the muscular body works is very valuable, especially if you have any old injuries. I got more relief from working out with Jarrid than I did with a physical therapist. I wish I were younger and without old sports injuries as it would be fun to see how he would sculpt my body. Jarrid was such an amazing trainer! He was tentative, professional and fun all while pushing me to hit my goals. He understood my weaknesses and really explained every exercise and why it was beneficial. Every session was informative, exciting and really helped me to get my fitness to the next level. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Currently enrolled in Exercise Science Masters Program at Concordia Irvine Arizona St graduate, Bachelors General Studies in Letters and Sciences 6 years of professional and collegiate Resistance Training experience. 4 instructors with masters degrees or higher
- How did you get started doing this type of work?In 2016 After I was done playing professionally I tried a few different jobs but they all made It difficult for me to stay consistent with my own workout. I’ve been an athlete for most of my life so the gym is a place I’m most comfortable. It just made sense for me to make that change. I’d encourage anyone to follow their heart.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?My 68 year old client Diana. Watching her do the things she can do has been most inspiring. The fact that I get to train her and help gives me a real sense of purpose.
