JJ is the fitness trainer I have been looking for! As UCI alumni, JJ and I have very much in common, which keeps us from getting too bored during our workouts. He is very humorous and interesting, and never pressured me too much on how much weight to use when training. He will adjust the right weight based on my current condition. He is also a professional trainer with specialized knowledge of fitness. He will remind me to adjust my movements when there are problems. As my first fitness coach, he gave me a lot of encouragement and motivation to keep working out!

JJ’s an awesome trainer! He really knows his stuff and always tailors the workouts to fit my goals. He pushes me just enough to see progress without overdoing it. Definitely recommend him if you’re looking for someone who’s motivating and knows what they’re doing!

I've worked with JJ for the past 5 years. He's a wonderful coach. Highly motivational and his programming is effective. He listens to my goals and collaborates with me to create workout programs that fit my schedule and my body's response to training. He's completely dedicated to his craft and it shows in his work ethic and in the work he puts in as an athlete himself.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    I want more people to be able to access personal training and nutrition help and that is why I try to price my services in a more conservative way. The average cost for personal training here in Irvine is around $75 I cut that down as my private session is only $60 and semi private sessions are $30.

    I have worked with clients as old as 80 years old and clients still in high school. With this I have a broad range of expertise to fit the workout and nutrition program to each individual person that I train.
