I found Nicole randomly as I was searching for a personal trainer online. From the initial conversation I could tell that Nicole had a clear sense of direction and that our communication styles were similar. And also she seemed knowledgable about how to balance the nutrition aspect of things. So I began training with Nicole 2x a week for about 7-8 months this year and she has been a great trainer. She was always making sure that I had a balanced workout each week, making sure that we were paying attention to all the different muscles. She was always attentive making sure that I had the proper form and also pushing me and encouraging me along the way. Through my time with her, I have gained so much knowledge about how to put together a balanced nutritional plan, learned a variety of exercises that I didn't know before and gained the confidence in being able to work out on my own without being intimidated by the equipment. I've also been able to build a lot of muscle and definition and strength in my body which I have been very happy with and look forward to working hard to maintain. I’ve been training with Nicole since January of 2015. From the beginning, she has shown an immense amount of compassion towards myself and other clients whether we struggle with the workout or balancing between the high demands of motherhood while working out, as she is a young mother herself. She pays close attention to me while performing each exercise to make sure I have proper form and helps me make any adjustments needed for my physical benefit. Nicole has a vast knowledge about nutrition in addition to fitness which has been improving the way I feel on a regular basis; I’ve never seen such immediate results before. Not only is Nicole a fantastic trainer, but she is also very approachable and genuine. I have been a client of Nicole’s for two years and all I can say is DO IT! If you are ready to turn your life around, Nicole is the best trainer to help you make it happen. She is patient while pushing you to achieve your best! You will never be bored with her workouts as they are never the same - she keeps your interest while working every muscle. In addition to the quality of her training she has a wonderful personality and is a pleasure to work with. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Lets talk! Ill meet you for a phone consult and then you get to come in and meet me at the gym. 1. Once you've decided to begin Ill be sending you your nutritional map which is designed specifically for you and your goals (it makes a difference!) 2. You choose the session frequency. 3. Your first session will be an assessment (weigh-in, pics, measurements, health screening) 4. START! 5. Reassessment every 4 weeks
