I contacted calprocess at the beginning of the week and left a message that I needed serviced provided in San Diego. Richard called me back within an hour and explained their process and I decided to have them complete my service for me. I explained to Richard that this was the sixth day and I had five days left to complete this process. Richard informed me not to worry they would get it done. Richard took my credit card information and the next day charged my card for $65 and said the paperwork was with the server and the server would make the attempt that night and if not completed the following morning and he would contact me as soon as the process was complete. That was Tuesday, I never heard from him. I called Wednesday about 9:30am, Richard explained to me their process servers had not arrived yet and should be arriving within the next couple of hours and he would contact me then to let me know the status. It is now Saturday 9:45 am and after several calls and an email trying to contact them, still haven't heard a word. My court date is April 19, 2013. Not happy with Calprocess at all...in my books this is not very professional at all.

Cal Process Server in Orange County is very effective. We had two very difficult cases were the individual could not be located or served and I have to say that Cal Process served them both. They provide great service and have a fast turn around time. I highly reccomend them and belive me, they will get the job done.

FAQs

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

When hiring a process server in Irvine or Orange County California make sure they are registered and bonded in Orange County and located within the County. Many process servers advertise that they serve Orange County yet their offices are located in another County. The closer a process server is to the location you need your papers served, the better.
