A LARGE AMOUNT OF EXPOSURE EARNED MY ASKING PRICE. Full price cash offer, the highest price in the area!! I chose Mark Stacey because I liked the large amount of exposure he provided on the Internet, with the videos, and drone. I was shocked when we had three offers right off the bat, but Mark told me to hold off for another week for a full price offer. Sure enough, we received a cash full price offer, a week later! Everything was done for me, a timely closing and it was painless! I didn't do anything, Mark did it all. I believe that that the INCREASED TECHNOLOGY in the ADVERTISING and the presentation of my home really made a difference in how quickly it sold and getting my asking price as well. I really liked the videos and the drone shots, it showed the close proximity to the beach. You can say it's two blocks from the beach but then there are short blocks and there are long blocks. Place a Lockbox on the house 5. Staging, (a) Professional pictures & professional videos 6. Market The Heck Out of The Property. (a) Take dozens of pictures & videos. (b) Make a custom website solely for the subject property. (c) Make a Google presence. (d) Market on Social Media such as Facebook, Google+, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Twitter, YouTube and other platforms. (e) Reach out to at least 500 neighbors. (f) MLS. (e) Market to agents plus buyers overseas such as through Juwai.com, worldproperties.com & onthemarket.com/overseas. 7. Communicate Properly with my Client. 8. Negotiate The Best Terms. 9. Make Sure The Buyer is Qualified. 10. Attend The Home Inspection to Represent The Seller. Sometimes what the home inspector says and what is written in his report are two different things.
