Excellent experience! They got back to me immediately (even after sending my request to 5 different people) — He logged on to our offices troubled slow computer and was able to diagnose what was needed and gave me an immediate quote on parts and labor and we agreed on a time to meet at my business. Our schedule (due to my busy schedule and the need of what I needed (I needed it ASAP) and his flexibility ) was on a Sunday !!! Very few people have that work ethic anymore - we’re a dying breed - but he is totally dedicated to his business. On Sunday I may have pulled up a little late (3 minutes late- I swear! Sorry- needed Starbucks) he was at our door. What he quoted as a 4 hour job was actually 2 1/2 hours and parts. I was so impressed by everything that I gave him my Apple laptop that I may have dropped on the floor numerous times in order to retrieve data- very specific data- He was able to do so and also gave me a credit for my laptop since he could use some of the other parts on it for other repairs. Very very very happy - If you need absolutely anything regarding your computer, networking, damaged computers or a slow slow slow computer that your office manager suffered with for 3 months - he is your guy. Our front office computer now runs perfectly well- much much faster and she is able to pump out the reports and billing in no time — Thank you !!!

We charge by the hour and our work is guaranteed. We do offer discounts depending upon the size of the project.

We will discuss your requirements and share an estimate with you. In some cases, we might have to go onsite for an evaluation before we share an estimate. Once you accept the estimate, we start the work.
