Huge thanks to John at Pro Tankless for replacing my 16-year-old failing Rheem unit with a state-of-the-art Navien tankless system! He rebuilt everything cleanly with brand-new copper piping, exhaust vents, and proper service valves. He also installed a Halo 5 filtration/conditioning system and a new pressure regulator, perfectly pairing them so my entire home gets top-quality water with zero hassle. Pro Tankless offers top-notch workmanship, high-quality products, and reasonable prices while truly looking out for the customer's best interest. 10/10!

I am so happy that I was able to work with John from Pro Tankless. He arrived promptly and quickly found the problem with my tankless water heater. Unfortunately I needed to replace it, but John gave me a very good quote and was able to do the replacement that day. It was a great job done and I would work with him again.

I highly recommend Pro Tankless. They came out quickly and actually took the time to diagnose the problem with my water heater instead of immediately trying to sell me a replacement.

I had a gas leak, and another company, West Coast Water Heaters, did not want to come out and properly diagnose where the leak was coming from. They seemed more interested in replacing my fairly new water heater. I contacted another company as well, and they wanted to perform repairs without first identifying the actual source of the leak.

Pro Tankless handled things completely differently. They came out, properly diagnosed the gas leak, found the problem, and fixed it correctly. That is exactly what I was looking for—someone willing to troubleshoot the issue and repair what actually needed to be repaired instead of guessing or trying to replace the entire unit.

Professional, responsive, and thorough. I really appreciate Pro Tankless doing the job the right way. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone having an issue with a tankless water heater or gas leak.

John is very knowledgeable and professional. He answered all my questions throughly and provided me with options on how to finally fix my tankless water heater, without charging me for the consultation. I had called two plumbers previously and they both charged me and then disappeared without solving the issue. I'm looking forward to continue working with Pro Tankless.

I cannot even begin to tell you how appreciative I am of John from Pro Tankless. Our water heater broke down on Sunday and we haven’t had hot water all week. I found John on Thumbtack and he came to my house after hours and worked through the night to make sure that we have hot water. We were at mercy of our home warranty insurance and were only approved for a certain amount to have the repair done. He was able to work with me with the repair cost and I am very appreciative of that. I recommend John and Pro Tankless for any work you need with tankless water heaters. He was awesome to work with and so professional, we cannot thank him enough!
