When my appliance delivery came, the guys said the gas line valve was broken to the gas range. I sent out a handful of requests for quotes and John called me immediately. He was extremely patient, kind, and professional - over the phone and in person. He came out within a couple hours, assessed the problem, and quickly fixed it. Price was reasonable and his expertise and knowledge was evident. We really appreciate it and will hire him again for future jobs.

My water heater had started leaking, and John recommended replacing it since it was over 15 years old. He arrived at the time he promised and worked very efficiently throughout the installation. John and the team were amazing. Like most home repairs this came out of nowhere for us and we ended up needing a replacement but they gave us options and explained everything and when we chose the option best for our budget there was no pushing just informative the entire time. I was juggling kids home from spring break, and work meetings during install time and they were so kind and worked so efficiently. I was grateful for the text communication since I was stuck in a meeting I couldn’t leave but was able to send payment and thank them for everything they did. Later they called us to make sure water was nice and hot and everything was working. Also we later realized they also went the extra mile and helped us out by adding a couple screws to the door of the water heater (fixing it) and making it easy to open and close again. Thank you all so much!!!
