When my appliance delivery came, the guys said the gas line valve was broken to the gas range. I sent out a handful of requests for quotes and John called me immediately. He was extremely patient, kind, and professional - over the phone and in person. He came out within a couple hours, assessed the problem, and quickly fixed it. Price was reasonable and his expertise and knowledge was evident. We really appreciate it and will hire him again for future jobs.

My water heater had started leaking, and John recommended replacing it since it was over 15 years old. He arrived at the time he promised and worked very efficiently throughout the installation. I appreciated that he checked in with me during the process to explain what he was doing, and he followed up again once the installation was complete to ensure everything was working properly.
