FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing reflects the level of care, preparation, and personalization that goes into each session. Factors such as location, travel, session length, and seasonal demand may influence rates, as availability during high-demand periods can vary. Prepaid packages are also available and may offer preferred pricing, depending on commitment and scheduling. All rates are communicated clearly in advance so everything feels aligned and transparent.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a brief 10–15 minute phone call to connect, clarify intentions, and ensure alignment. For the first session, I include an additional 10 minutes to thoughtfully assess physical condition, movement patterns, and expectations, allowing the experience to be tailored with care from the start. From there, all details — including goals, session structure, scheduling, and pricing — are clearly discussed and mutually agreed upon to ensure a seamless and elevated experience moving forward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have completed over 750 hours of formal yoga teacher training and bring 1,300+ hours of teaching experience across a wide range of settings and populations. My education includes multiple advanced certifications and specialty trainings, which continue to inform a thoughtful, well-rounded, and highly adaptable teaching approach. I’m deeply committed to ongoing learning and refinement, continuously integrating new knowledge, techniques, and insights to elevate the quality of each session I offer. This dedication is reflected in my multi-year weekly teaching residence at a luxury coastal resort, as well as my consistent work teaching children’s yoga and private prenatal sessions alongside adult practices. This breadth of experience allows me to guide with confidence, precision, and care — creating sessions that feel both safe and elevated, intuitive yet grounded in expertise.
