I am constantly researching recipes and read books daily.

Friends and family have been telling me for years to go into the catering business. My girls are teenagers now and so I finally have more time.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I don't use "cheap" ingredients and only use the best quality, freshest available food. I am a professional chef and enjoy catering events.
