Introduction: I believe my work stands out because I am a perfectionist. Everything I cook has been tested. My food is appealing and delicious! I make everything from scratch and use only the finest ingredients. I thoroughly enjoy being a chef. Cooking is my passion and my profession. Recently, I was taped by "Recipe Hunters" to do a cooking show TV pilot and I'm very excited about this new opportunity! It gives me pleasure to see how much people enjoy the meals I prepare I have had the opportunity to meet so many nice people and have had so much fun working with all different types of entertaining from a small personal chef job to large weddings and corporate events.

Linda cooked several dinners per week for a friend whose child was diagnosed with cancer. She was incredibly sympathetic and kind, on top of making food that the family raved about. She got back to me almost immediately after every email and was unfailingly professional and helpful. Couldn't recommend more highly!

I had out of town relatives visiting and I thought a lesson would be fun. Linda was very nice and fun. Well prepared. My only criticism would be that she has prepared recipe cards to hand out for each dish. Food was excellent and plentiful.

linda has been creating tasty, nutritious, healthy meals for my 85 year old sicilian mother. we are so pleased with the quality of the meals from her wide variety of italian entree's right down to the presentation, packaging and delivery. she is a godsend!

We had a drop off menu, with all utensils and drinks included for thirty people. We also had Linda rent 20 folding chairs for our event. The food was wonderful, with plenty of it for everyone. She provided a variety of small sandwiches, a "pinwheel salad" with two dressings, fresh fruit with dipping sauce, and an enormous plate of cookies, brownies, and lemon bars. Everything tasted homemade and delicious, and I received many compliments from my guests. Additionally, Linda organized this for me within a week, which I was impressed with, because this event was an unplanned get together. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Linda for any event!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am constantly researching recipes and read books daily.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Friends and family have been telling me for years to go into the catering business. My girls are teenagers now and so I finally have more time.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I don't use "cheap" ingredients and only use the best quality, freshest available food. I am a professional chef and enjoy catering events.
