I contacted them at 11pm a few days before our event when another company had let us down. I was in a panic and they came through for us! The staff were very pleasant and timely. We would definitely use again!

Eddy was incredibly professional as were his valets. Eddy did a site visit so he knew first hand the location which presented a challenge given the limited parking. His quote was the most competitive. He was thorough and very courteous. I would hire APC in a heart beat.

We hired Eddy for valet parking and security guard services for a nonprofit fundraiser with 135 people attending. When you are running an event, you need everything to go smoothly- and APC Valet went over and beyond everything required. Eddy and his staff were consummate professionals from providing the bid to their outstanding service. I am looking forward to hiring APC Valet again in the future.

I completed a request for quote on Thumbtack for Valet services. I had never hired a valet service before so I didn’t know how to locate a reputable company. Eddy from APC Valet contacted me very quickly and asked for some details so he could quote the job. He even went to the location of the event so he could see the streets and determine how and where they would park our guests’ cars before he quoted the work. Though I had never hired a valet service before, I do work with all kinds of service providers on a regular basis. Eddy stands out above the crowd! He was so prompt with his responses, and he was professional, knowledgeable, and very personable. He understands his business and what his customers’ needs are. The day of the event, Eddy was at the site early. He paid attention to all of the details. The valet attendants arrived early and were set up and ready in advance of any guest arriving. They were all very professional, respectful, and well-dressed/groomed. I KNEW I had nothing to worry about regarding our guests and the care they would receive from the valet attendants. For all of the party details I needed to attend to, not worrying about the parking arrangements was a wonderful thing! Towards the end of the event, Eddy reappeared and assisted with the wrap up. He was completely on top of every detail. He was flexible and prepared in case the event ran over the originally planned timeframe. He has a very comfortable, easy way about him that takes any stress away. He was excellent to work with!! Oh – and by the way, his pricing was excellent! For all of the excellent service we received, his pricing was the best I found! APC Valet is an unbelievable deal for what you get! I would not even think of using anyone else for any future event!

I hired APC valet for a corporate function/party held at my house in the hills in Orange County. Our driveway can be challenging and the extra parking spots are 0.3 miles away. Steve and Randall showed up to our house this last Saturday dressed with black pants and a white shirt. They had a large cone that said Valet and they had a lock box to hold all of our guests keys. They were friendly, professional and experienced. The dress code was important to me too and they were dressed to par. I felt my guests' cars would be in good hands with these two gentlemen. The evening was a success, my guests said the gentlemen that Valeted them were very polite and professional, everybody seemed happy. I will truly hire them again! This was our first time dealing with Eddie the owner of APC Valet company and AE event staff. He was extremely helpful and friendly and his communication skills are top notch. He says he also has staff and bartenders and all kinds of other event services. I will definitely hire his other staff too in the future. I went with a different company for my bar-tending and staffing needs, since I did not know at the time that Eddie had other staff then Valet services. The other company I hired, my bartender showed up 1 1/2 hr late and did not bring a server as hired. I should have completely gone with Eddie's staff instead. Live and learn and I will do it next time. If you are looking for a reputable company with all the insurance and liability coverage, with professional and experienced staff, then this is a company for you! This is what I learned today. They are a full event staff company as well. They just did the grand re opening of the Peterson museum last week. Josee
