Allá is a stellar yoga instructor. She knows her stuff and gives everyone in the class options if someone cannot do the full pose. She works on balance and flexibility. Highly recommend taking a class.

I've been taking Alla's yoga classes for 5 years now. Alla is highly knowledgeable,kind, and punctual. Alla has a gentle way of tailoring her classes to my level while also always pressing me to go more deeply in my practice, to keep improving and strengthening my poses. She always explains the fundamentals of Yoga. I love her encouragement and positivity. I couldn't have found a better instructor than Alla.

I’ve moved to the Westside recently so I don’t see Alla anymore but figured I’d leave a review since it was a positive experience. I mostly came to her for chair and restorative yoga, but I believe she does other forms as well. She’s a great instructor who pays a lot of attention to my form and adapts lessons to my abilities if needed. The location is very nice, it’s like a large studio room for yoga. She also provides mats/blocks etc. if you need them. All in all, a great and caring instructor with a nice studio.
