- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have transparent pricing and will always provide a proposal with a breakdown of costs prior to a commitment from our clients. The customer will always be informed of any changes to the original proposal. We will also inform all customers of discounts or cost saving measures if applicable in the situation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We often send our customers a Google Form Questionnaire to hear about their event goals and preferences. Next, we design a proposal outlining costs for the client. We schedule phone calls as needed and foster a collaborative relationship with our customers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have backgrounds in communications, graphic design, PR, business, and marketing. We also love doing creative activities in our free time. We have planned several events for family and close friends, and decided to offer our party planning skillsets to locals.
