I called Fernando because I had an urgent roof repair on my rental. He contacted me right away and set an appointment to inspect the problem. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Fernando conducted a formal presentation in my home explaining the repair process and going over the cost of a new roof. This was impressive since most roofers charge to inspect and just hand over the estimate. I appreciate that Fernando actually spent time walking me through everything. His pricing is competitive and beat the other estimates I received. I definitely will be referring him to business and using his services on my other properties. I felt like I got real value this company.
