- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing depends on the condition of the existing surface. I am always as fair as possible when it comes to pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The new customer process generally starts with a phone call where I ask some basic questions about the current condition of the floor. After this I meet with the prospective client and go over the entire epoxy flooring process with them. I measure square footage, test for moisture in the concrete, and show physical samples of the epoxy finishes I offer. Most of the time I give a price for epoxy flooring installation during the initial meeting.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked for 3 years in the industry and then I decided to start my own business after moving to San Diego.
