- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It’s simple: I call, listen and ask questions about the service you’re inquiring about, and determine the priority of the service. After answering your questions, a verbal no obligation estimate is provided and the next step is scheduling a date/time/location.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Electrician by trade. For over a decade, I worked with remodel companies to complement my electrical knowledge. Since then, my expertise has expanded outside of electrical work. If it’s a repair or installation inside your home, just ask and we’ll find a solution.
