Chris and his team were absolutely fantastic. We were in the middle of a DIY flooring project when we discovered water damage in the subfloor after pulling up the carpet. What started as a simple flooring project quickly became much more complicated, and Chris was there every step of the way.
From the beginning, Chris was incredibly responsive, both through messaging and in quickly coming out to inspect the damage. We were working against a very tight timeline because we had family arriving the following weekend and needed the room completed before they got here. Somehow, Chris made it happen.
His team promptly replaced the damaged subfloor and, given the urgency of our situation, also helped install the new flooring so the room would be ready in time. Even when additional issues were uncovered during demolition, Chris and his crew remained resourceful, proactive, and committed to doing the job the right way. They brought in additional expertise when needed and never cut corners.
Beyond the quality of the work, Chris and his team were professional, kind, honest, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. It’s rare to find a contractor who combines excellent craftsmanship with outstanding communication and customer service, but Chris truly does.
We can’t thank Chris and his team enough for helping us pull everything together on such short notice and making sure our in-laws had a comfortable room when they arrived. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is definitely not going to be the cheapest you will find. i would say prices are fair. We try to quote at the lowest price possible but at the end of the day the company has bills to pay to be able to provide our services. We always offer discounts to our hero's in the military and first responders!!!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My goal when meeting with a new client is to listen and get an idea of their particular desires, needs, and vision of their flooring project. From that information I gather we will work closely together to find a suitable option for our clients to enjoy for years to come with the investment they will be making into their home.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 15 years of experience in all aspects of hardwood flooring. We also stay up to date and attend seminars & instructional presentations of all of the newest products and equipment.
