- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in transparent, upfront pricing with no surprises. Pricing is based on home size, condition, and service level (standard, deep clean, or recurring). First-time cleanings may be priced higher due to the additional detail required to bring a home to our standard. We occasionally offer promotional upgrades for new clients, but our recurring clients receive the best long-term value and priority scheduling. Add-on services (oven, fridge, interior cabinets, etc.) are priced separately so clients only pay for what they need.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick consultation to understand the home, goals, and expectations. Once scheduled, our team arrives on time, fully equipped, and performs a detailed service based on the selected package. After the clean, we follow up to ensure satisfaction and discuss recurring options if desired. Our goal is simple: deliver a consistently elevated experience, not just a clean house.

We emphasize efficiency without sacrificing quality — including high-touch point disinfection, streak-free finishing, and systematic room-by-room procedures. We also stay updated on best practices for safe product usage in homes with children and pets.
