Dave and his crew did exactly what I needed. 30 year old Duplex, two story with stucco and shingle siding, plus wood trim. Pressure washed and scraping of loose old paint. Cracked stucco was repaired, large fascia board and some eaves with termite damage were cleared and repaired. He matched the new paint to the three colors of the original. Also resealed the wood stained front doors and painted the two pergolas. No mess left over. No spilled paint drops. The project was done promptly and Dave kept me informed of any issue or concern through the project. Thanks Dave!

I needed some drywall/painting done. I Called David Lopez who came highly recommended. Not only did he show up on time, the job was completed early. l was impressed with his professionalism as well as the quality of his work. Very impressed with the quality of his work. my neighbor when I was 19 asked me if I wanted to help them and I wasl naturally just good at it so it stuck!
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I completed a job up in Fairbanks ranch which we did all the drywall texture and painted the interior of the house it came out beautiful.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
ask the painter if he has solid referrals!
