- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was a former "fat kid" growing up. At one point, I weighed in at 198 pounds. Through martial arts and fitness, I brought my weight down to 137; no fad diets, no procedures, no chemicals, no starvation. I balanced out at 145 and still carry that weight today - 25 years later.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Do not commit long term up front. Trust your instincts when you interview instructors. Make sure you feel a connection AND see results.
