Introduction: Hello, my name is Robert Stone and I'm a certified personal trainer and certified strength and conditioning specialist. I hold a Masters degree in kinesiology. My specialty is working with adults aged 40 and older as well as people with chronic medical conditions and disabilities.
Seeking out a personal trainer can be a confusing and complicated process. While there are many qualified personal trainers, not all personal trainers are experienced working with all age groups and health conditions.
Starting the process of personal training is 100% risk-free. Before we start training you will get a free live video hour-long comprehensive evaluation where we will discuss your goals and determine your specific fitness needs. After the evaluation, we will discuss what kind of training schedule and type of exercise plan will ensure that you reach your fitness goals as quickly as possible.
If you are happy with the direction of your training plan after the evaluation we can schedule training sessions at times that work best for you. I have availability for training in the morning, afternoon, and evening, to best fit your busy schedule. All training sessions are paid for on a week by week basis and you will never be required to commit to purchasing a package of training sessions.
I am able to adapt your program based on whatever equipment you have available to you. No matter what you have, I can help you get a great workout.
Based on your specific needs your training program will include exercises to improve your muscular strength and endurance, flexibility, posture, and cardiovascular endurance. Nutritional counseling will also be provided as needed to help you achieve a healthy weight.

Have a relaxing, non-intimidating exercise experience in the comfort of your own home. Imagine the ease of having your trainer calling in at a time and place that is convenient for you. Your exercise program will be customized to your specific needs and current fitness and ability level. You never have to worry about being new to exercise or that your trainer will "kill you" during your workout. Each workout is designed to be the right amount of challenge to give you the best results possible without feeling like you are going to die and not being able to move the next day.
I will take you through both a comprehensive health and fitness evaluation that will cover your health history, current condition, and fitness ability. I will look for specific areas of your health and fitness that need to be focused on in order to get you to your specific goals. For each area, a comprehensive exercise plan will be developed. After your evaluation, I will help make a recommendation for the ideal frequency of training needed to help you accomplish your goals and provide a potential outlook for your health and fitness future.

Unlike other forms of training such as at a gym, there are no hidden costs. With a gym membership, you have to pay a monthly fee on top of any personal trainer fees that you have. Often gyms might lock you into plans that you are required to maintain. If you want to try working out at home buying the right equipment can be expensive. With In-home personal training you pay for only the exercise you need.
