Introduction: I love to become invested in the issue. Taking what the person tells me about the situation and coming up with a solution that works. If the person is willing I like to educate them also on how that solution was found. Solving tough computer problems. I love knowing how something works, so seeing how it is broken is a puzzle I love to solve. Putting it back in working order for others is a great accomplishment.

In may of 2014, I needed a systems upgrade for my older desk top computer. The current system I had running was not supported any longer by the systems tech. dept. Many other computer technicians I contacted did not want to deal with this. Not sure it was familiar territory for them. I then remembered that I had David Bryant from MoonLite Techs business card. I had met him about a year earlier. He was a neighbor of mine. Not only did David Bryant install the most effective operating system for my older computer, I was impressed. Of all the newer operating system models available, David knew the exact one to install. Very impressive. David had knowledge of every questioned asked. So far, I have had zero problems. The cost of service including parts and labor was very reasonable after comparison by a very nice margin. David Bryant was available when he told me he would be. I and my family have had David as our home IT specialist for about 15 years. We have had PC's in the past, and now David helped us transition to Macs. Tasks have also included: going from desktops to laptops, upgrading to new software and operation systems, transfer of data from various computers to other computers, troubleshooting miscellaneous computer issues over the years, recommendations for new hardware and software as technology developed. David responds quickly to calls or emails, gets started on problems quickly, often the same day, has good follow through, is pleasant to work with, and can explain computerese in plain English. Good sense of humor. David gets an A+.

Knowledgeable, friendly and focused on getting the problem diagnosed and resolved. And he did—get it resolved! And I was quite happy with that result after trying for 2 days to get my in-house network functioning again. I will certainly want David back if I have another computer/network issue!
