Healthy Habits Fitness focuses on one thing and one thing only, your success. You don’t have a to run for three hours a day or bench press a house to have the body and health you’re looking for. The biggest misconception about fitness is that it is just technique or nutrition, the most important thing is building a healthy sustainable habit. Whether you need an accountability buddy or someone to push you to your limits, I’ve got you covered.
My program is fun, simple, and affordable and is broken down into a few different things:
1) I GO TO YOU or meet you somewhere, so don’t worry about commuting anywhere.
2) The initial meeting is FREE, to make sure you are happy and comfortable with the program.
3) Then I come up with a custom fitness plan that makes sense for you and is actually doable.
It really is as easy as 1-2-3, and yes, I know that’s corny…

Not too long ago, I was at the mercy of fitness magazines and not being happy with where I was. Now, I’m a client of my own program and I couldn’t be happier with the result. I am thrilled to help others reach their goals and do it in a way that is fun, affordable, and realistic.
I enjoy being the trainer that focuses on real people and setting attainable goals. I love to talk to people, listen to their story and be a catapult to send them in the right direction. What’s not to love about making people feel good about themselves!

I HAVE be em working with Andrew for six weeks now and I feel fantastic. I have lost 3.5 pounds. My pants fit better my arms are less jiggly and I am sure that with his guidance I will look amazing at my wedding next July. If you are considering hiring a personal trainer, Andrew is the way to go!! He is flexible kind patient funny and so much fun to be around!

I met Andrew about 3 months ago and he helped me not only lose 15 pounds but tone up overall! He listened to all my concerns, provided me with a lot of great knowledge and tailored a nutrition/exercise plan accordingly. I have been trying to accomplish these results for years and I finally met someone who was able to motivate me with such positivity that it never felt like hard work! I love his entrepreneurial spirit and extensive knowledge of health and fitness. I have had personal training in the past, but I didn't quite feel that my trainers knew how to help people other than themselves. Healthy Habits Fitness offers a lot of encouragement with a friendly attitude that makes me feel comfortable - not intimidating at all. I would highly recommend him for anyone looking to really transform their body and feel good about themselves.

I've been trying to find someone that understands where I'm at in my fitness level and where I want to go. I didn't feel like I got thrown into some "one size fits all" training program, which is what I've experienced in the past. Andrew was a pretty personable guy but still kept it professional every time we met up. He was clear about his process and how he would help me get to my goals. I could tell he knew what he was talking about because I wanted a combination of different routines and he was able to explain them to me in depth. Overall, a great experience.
