He was able to find a replacement for a failed 35 year old kitchen cabinet hinge. The hinge had been discontinued and we were unable to find an acceptable replacement via the manufacturer. He then replaced all 4 hinges and leveled the doors perfectly.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'll ask you for project photos and details in order to give a proper estimate. For some bigger projects I'll need to go out and see it first, before giving an estimate.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Several years of experience working for drywall and painting company, followed by 3 years of experience working as an independent handyman and drywaller.
