Adrian was quick to respond to help. He gave me a few solutions for my issues and walked me through pros and cons for each. When the equipment arrived he was here the next day to install. No oversell. Honest assessment. Will use again for any AV needs. Upgraded from an AV receiver to full Sonos system with amps for the in ceiling speakers.

Work quality, responsiveness, professionalism, punctuality, and value. He came when I needed him at last minute solve the problem. I manage rental homes, and he was very professional with my guests who are renting the house.
