Jessica is top notch! We planned our Palm Springs wedding from Ohio and she was available to us every step of the way. When we arrived in Palm Springs, Jessica came by the venue to meet and walk through the details. There are so many small details we overlooked and she not only called them out -- she came up with solutions. For example, we didn't have hand towels in the bathroom and she told us not to worry -- she would take care of it -- and she did! During the wedding, Jessica was nothing short of incredible. She made sure we had everything we needed and took care of our guests. Anytime I was thinking to myself, gee, I wish I had a drink -- there she was with a drink in hand. Toward the end of the night, the wedding party jumped in the pool and there she was with towels for everyone. She even put together a small plate of apps for me and my partner so that we could have some before they were gone. One of the top comments we heard from guests was, "I need a Jessica in my life!" I 100% agree. Thank you, Jessica, for making our wedding so special!

when you meet Jessica, you will realize she is very busy. here's why: she is EXCELLENT! I'm so glad that we made the last-minute decision to bring her on board for the day of my wedding, because she saved the day in too many ways and too many times to count! without the bride and groom even being aware, she takes care of business with speed and determination, all while remaining so pleasant and helpful. to top it off, she has creative vision which she used to make my decor choices really shine! thanks to her, my wedding was so lovely

Jessica was our day-of wedding coordinator at the Bougainvillea Estate in Indio, CA. She was EXCELLENT! We met with Jessica at the venue about 9 months before our wedding and did a walk through. She helped us with our vision and even recommended a few vendors in the area. Jessica and her team were great on our wedding day and made sure everything ran smoothly. Leading up to the wedding I text and called Jessica a few times with random questions even thought she wasn't hired as our 'wedding planner'. She often reminded me of things I never would have thought about (how much toilet paper or ice is needed!). I would highly recommend hiring her for your event. Thank you Jessica!

We used Jessica as a day of, basically month before, coordinator. Our wedding day wouldn't have been the same or gone as smoothly without her help. There were so many details she helped with in the weeks leading up to the wedding that I wouldn't have thought of. As prepared as you can be for a wedding, random surprises pop up on the day of anyhow, it's a given. Jessica was able to make sure everything went so smoothly behind the scenes you would never know there were any issues that popped up. I would recommend Jessica for weddings and any events where you need someone to take the reigns so you can sit back and enjoy your day!
