- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are competitive and fair. Not the cheapest but you will not ha e to call us back to repair what we’ve already fixed. That’s a guarantee
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to speak to the customer on the phone. I like to have a sense of calming and ask them questions so that I can educate them by what I’m hearing. Then an absolute must is an in person consult/estimate. Nobody can give you accurate pricing or information without first seeing the whole spectrum of the work. That’s why we give free estimates in most cases.

18 years in plumbing with hours and hours of training on specific products. I am a certified water heater warranty tech. I have many certifications
