At first I was skeptical because the team was late. However, we rescheduled, and the young man that came was professional and very good. I can't even tell there was ever a hole (small crack) in the closet door that was repaired.

We apologize for all the inconveniences we caused however, you were briefed several times on the changes, our technician asked you several times if you were satisfied with the installation and you said everything was fine. We always make sure to compensate our customers when they are not satisfied with the work, we can not take action if the customer does not communicate with us to let us know that they were not satisfied with. We wish you would have communicated your concerns.
